The 4NVL is a new league and development platform created to raise the standard of volleyball across the uk.
We are building more than a competition. 4NVL is designed to connect the game through community programs, youth development, coach education, university engagement, leadership initiatives, player welfare and a future professional league structure.
For too long, volleyball has had talent, passion and committed people working hard in separate spaces. What has been missing is a connected structure that bings those efforts together and gives the sport the visibility, standards and apathy it deserves.
4NVL exists to help build that structure.
We are here to work with people who care about the future of volleyball, clubs, schools, universities, coaches, communities, NGBs, partners and players.
But we are also here to raise expectations.
The potential has always been there. Now it needs a platform.

Through 4NVL Next Gen, we are creating stronger entry points into the sport for young people, schools and communities. This is where we introduce the game properly, build confidence, create belonging, and give young people a pathway they can see an believe in.
Next Gen is not just a s schools program. It is the foundation of the wider 4NVL ecosystem.
It connects the coach development, safeguarding, attendance tracking, community engagement, leadership opportunities, future competition and the long term growth of the sport.
If the game is going to grow, the foundation has to be stronger.
